Hi friends,in this post vignesh share his interview experience in Cognizant technology solutions.
Company name :
- Cognizant Technology Solutions
Location you have attended: - Bannari Amman Institute of Technology, Sathyamangalam. 18th December 2011.
- Its a on-campus recruitment process and the eligibility is to have a aggregate of 60% and above.
How many rounds and what type of tests were given? - There were two rounds.
First round: - In the first round written test is conducted .And it consists of two parts English and aptitude
- Second round is HR interview.
If you have attended technical round & HR round,share…….. - In HR round they are expecting how confident we were. They are checking how confident you are in the answers provided by you. They will drill down by asking "How is that possible", "Are you sure" and those kind of questions mainly to check the confidence level.
What’s your suggestion regarding , aptitude, group discussion, technical round & HR round or any other we have left ,share……. - You may tell a correct answer or wrong answer but be confident in what you answer to the HR.
- They are not expecting your vocabulary to be too good what they expect is whether you are able to convey your thoughts in a clear and effective manner to others.
